Consultations

Our consultations are complimentary and obligation free, these can be done at the Studio or your can send us photos of your natural brows and we can discuss via phone. If you have had cosmetic tattooing done elsewhere and want it refreshed, you must either come in for a free consultation or email us clear photos prior to booking a tattoo appointment.

Booking Fee & Payment

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment, this fee will be used towards the final cost of your treatment, the booking fee is done via bank transfer. Once a booking fee is paid, you have committed to your appointment and your chosen treatment therefore there are no refunds for change of mind or on treatments performed. Remaining balance is paid in full on the completion of your first appointment, we accept cash or bank transfer. Please note that prices are subject to change. We will always honor the pricing that was applicable at the time the client booked their appointment.

Reschedules & Cancellations

A minimum 48 hours notice is required to reschedule your booking, if less than 24 hours notice is given you will lose half your booking fee, no shows will forfeit their entire booking fee and will need to pay another to rebook.

Client Information

You will need to complete a client history form which will ask a set of questions pertaining to your health, lifestyle and medical history to determine you are a suitable candidate for cosmetic tattooing. All information is strictly confidential between the client and Aura Cosmetic Tattoo.

Photography

Photographs will be taken during your appointment for reference purposes and may be used for advertising. Images will be cropped and our clients anonymity protected. Photographs are for Aura Cosmetic Tattoo use only.

Contraindications

We do not perform tattoo treatments on clients that are pregnant or breastfeeding. It’s recommended that clients about to undergo cancer treatment have their treatments at least two to three weeks prior to starting treatment. Otherwise will need to wait at least 4 weeks after treatment has been finalised, approval from your healthcare provider is also required.

Perfecting Session

As cosmetic tattooing is a two step process, both sessions are included in the total price as long as it is performed 4-12 weeks after your initial treatment. In rare cases, additional sessions may be needed to achieve your desired results and charges may apply.

Results & Maintenance

Healed results will vary with each individual depending on health conditions, skin type, lifestyle and general aftercare. While adhering to the aftercare instructions are crucial, we have no control over the healing process and make no guarantees of how the healed results will look or the longevity for each client. As cosmetic tattooing is a semi-permanent treatment, it is designed to naturally fade over time. Maintenance sessions are typically required between 6-18 months to maintain colour and shape and charges apply.
